This former 28m buoy tender vessel, with a steel riveted hull and Logger model, has been converted in an attractive manner into a liveaboard motoryacht with a spacious, open accommodation that is equipped with all conveniences and comfort. The ship has its own permanent mooring in the historic harbor of Puttershoek with a view over the Oude Maas and ample parking space in front of the door. Documents such as a valid CvO inspection report (2018) and a thickness measurement report are available. All utilities are also available and permanent residence is possible. The MWM 175 hp 6-cylinder diesel engine and Reintjes gearbox were installed in 1962. Access to the engine room is via a hatch in the aft deck. The technical equipment includes oil-lubricated propeller shaft, 2 generator sets, inverter 1500W, Remeha Tzerra natural gas boiler (2020), oil-fired boiler with Riello burner, electric boiler, electric pressurized water system, triple water filter, stainless steel drinking water tanks 5000L, wastewater tank, diesel tank 2000L. The deck has recently been painted and the underwater hull has been blasted and provided with 2-component paint.

The wheelhouse is spacious (20 m2) and has insulating glass all around. Steering wheel is on a Seffle steering position with hydraulic steering machine. Navigation equipment consists of Observator compass, depth sounder, VHF radio and AIS. Via the open staircase you descend to the living area, with underfloor heating, halogen spots and an abundance of 220V wall sockets. The roof windows in the superstructure and in the kitchen are fitted with insulating glass and provide excellent natural light. The thick insulation ensures excellent sound insulation in addition to heat retention. From the living area there is an open passage to the modern kitchen, with various Miele equipment such as a large silent extractor hood, induction cooking plate, wok burner on propane gas, built-in deep fryer, large freezer, large refrigerator, combi microwave, dishwasher, composite worktops, sink with mixer tap. In the forepeak is a bedroom with a double bed, closet space on both sides, two sliding doors, a silent inverter air conditioning and halogen ceiling lamps. The bathroom in the aft ship has a hanging toilet, corner bath with shower, shower cabin with glass doors, mixing taps (Damixa), sink, ventilation and design radiator. There is also a service room for placing a washing machine and dryer. Furthermore there is silent permanent ventilation with large air filters, a very spacious removal hatch and a large storage room under the wheelhouse. The current layout is such that a new owner can furnish the ship to his own taste, immediate delivery is available.
