Steep barge 26 meters without Certificate Of Examination. The ship has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 berths and is therefore suitable for permanent residence. The underwater ship was completely sandblasted in 2009 and doubled with 6mm and here is also a flat thickness report available. The ship was then fully insulated with underfloor heating. There is extensive documentation available. Besides the CV there is a wood stove in the spacious, and especially very bright living room. When in use, the wood stove takes over the water circuit from the gas boiler. The layout of the ship is as follows: entry through the wheelhouse, with a staircase down you will see the long corridor towards the front ship where the saloon and kitchen are located. To the left of the corridor are the bedrooms, bathroom and engine room. The owner indicates that - should the ship be used as a living ship - the option exists to remove the engine free of charge, this creates the possibility to realize another bedroom.

THE SHIP IS NOT CERTIFIED FOR SHIPS OVER 20 METERS. WITHOUT CERTIFICATION THE SHIP IS NOT ALLOWED TO SAIL AND IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR LIVING ON THE WATER. IT WILL COST A LOT OF MONEY TO BRING THE SHIP UNDER CERTIFICATION. TO BRING THE SHIP TO A NEW DESTINATION IS ONLY POSSIBLE WITH A TUGBOAT.

The headroom with the wheelhouse down is about 2.40.

Watermaker: the supply of water comes from a special filter system. As a result, the water is filtered through 2 systems, with the water being potable after complete filtration. The inlet is 50 cm below the waterline. Water is collected in an 8 liter boiler. Can be enlarged if necessary. Shore connection or water tank for water is therefore not necessary.

The floor has a floor heating with pipes through which water flows. The underfloor heating is in 8 inches of concrete 15 inches above the plane. It is a floating floor. Under the concrete is a wooden floor. All rooms have underfloor heating!

The wheelhouse (about 2.50 high ) and the hatch cover in the point are made of hardwood. The living room is approx. 8.40 by approx. 4.00. The headroom is approx. 1.97. The 3 bedrooms are approx. 3.00 by 3.00. The headroom is about 1.87.
