TRADER 44 - Built 1989 by Kha Shing Enterprises, Taiwan to designs by Tarquin. GRP hull copper coated in 2018, bow thruster (fitted 2015), teak decking to flybridge, cockpit sole, foredeck and side decks, Twin Volvo Penta TAMD 71As 357HP 6 cylinder shaft driven diesel engines (engine hours 2,200 hours approximately), accommodation 6 berths in 3 cabins with full headroom (2 x doubles, 2 x singles), two toilet compartments (fore & aft) with Jabsco electric toilets, shower and washbasins, a 200 litre (approximately) holding tank is fitted below the generator with a macerator pump. Her specification includes Electric 4 ring cooker with oven and grill, microwave, fridge, icebox, 2 x TVs, Onan generator, bow thruster, cabin heating, two chart plotters, two VHF, autopilot, radar, passarelle, solar panel, etc. The spacious accommodation combined with serious offshore passage making makes this particular example ideally suited to either a couple with occasional guests or extended family cruising. She has benefitted from an extensive refit between 2011-2015, copper coat in 2018 fitted out to a very high level with hand crafted teak joinery and solid wooden flooring.

Accommodation :
6 berths in 3 cabins with full headroom.
Main saloon area at deck level with large table and U shaped seating to port and two single seats to starboard.
The navigation area is to port with large chart table (red night light above) and access to radar, plotter and GPS repeaters.
The helm position is to starboard with double helm seat with pull out drinks cabinet below.
Access door to either side of wheelhouse replaced in solid teak with new stainless steel running gear in 2015.
The galley arrangement is accessed down and aft from saloon and is well equipped with four ring electric ceramic hob with full size combination microwave oven, 12v fridge with freezer box, two stainless steel sinks and an extensive range of storage cupboards.
Aft owner's cabin with island double bed and many storage cupboards and hanging space, en suite head with hip bath and shower, electric flush Jabsco toilet, handbasin.
Forward cabin with V-berth converting to double infill with storage space below berth, wardrobes to port and starboard.
Cabin to port with full length twin berths and many storage cupboards and hanging space.
Heads to starboard with seperate shower, electric flush toilet and handbasin.
Aft deck with solid GRP Bimini/full canopy fitted

Interior joinery is teak with cream leatherette saloon upholstery and blue carpets. Diesel fired central heating.
